The Role

• Lead all new build projects on the island, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage tender processes to optimise project outcomes.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to align project objectives with company goals.

The Person

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a focus on island projects, particularly in the Maldives or Mauritius.
• Ability to work independently, manage longer hours, and remain committed to project completion.
• Holds a degree and prioritises experience over formal qualifications for effective project management.
